Picasso came into rescue as an OTI in the middle of a snowstorm. He's a wonderful little boy who has had two homes so far at the ripe old age of 14 months.
He's a lovable little guy who is fitting in well, starting to play with his older Havanese buddy and getting to know his first kitties, much to his excitement!
He lived a pampered, if undisciplined, existence, and when his owner no longer had time to devote to him, he was sent to a 2nd home. He stayed there for a few months but just never fit in with that family.
Now he's in a foster home in Minnesota and working with a trainer/behaviorist to become the best he can be. He's very well mannered and quite smart! He knows some commands, is very good in his crate overnight, walks well on a leash. He seems eager to please and is very sweet and lovable.
