"Blessed is the person who has earned the love of an old dog."

Sidney Jeanne Seward

Remember! Small dogs have a longer life-expectancy than large dogs and often live 14-17 years.

A senior dog will enjoy his daily walk, but nap time and cuddles are the highlight of their day and they love to share that with you.
You get a friend for life when you adopt a senior. Nothing matches their love and gratitude.
You won't find a more devoted companion than a senior dog. They seem to know they've been given a second chance.
Senior dogs already know that boots are made for walking and bones are for chewing.
You can teach senior dogs new tricks. They're eager to please and happy to learn. They often make excellent therapy dogs.
Senior dogs have learned how to fit in. They'll find a soft warm spot in the house as a favorite place, but are happy to share it with you.
Senior dogs are great companions for senior people, and everyone else.
Many people pass over senior dogs because they're dazzled by puppies, which reduces the seniors chance of finding a home. Don't forget...puppies soon become adults.
Adopt a senior and save a life!
