Little Lucy likes to run and play. She is nine pounds of full-on puppy energy.

This little wild child is looking for a home with an active family to keep her entertained. We are sure she will return the favor with her silly antics. Lucy is new to us, and we are still determining whether or not she is compatible with children. Older dogs may not be a good fit for this spirited gal, either. She does not yet understand that they may not meet her enthusiasm for play.

Lucy is working on her house-training skills and basic manners, but she is only about six months old, so with consistent training and loving patience we are confident she will get there in time.

Lucy is being fostered in North Carolina.

A fee will be requested to adopt this dog. The recommended fee amount will be based on the dog's age, and medical and behavioral issues, if any.  A completed application is required if you are interested in adoption. Thank you for considering a rescue dog!
