It is with great sadness and regret to tell you that Blitz passed away on January 26, 2016. Blitz, a havanese rescue, came into our lives in early December of last year. In the short time that we were honored and privileged to know him, it was obvious that he was more than an average dog. In his eyes we could see wisdom, patience and a keen sense of compassion. He will be missed and remembered by all who had the pleasure of making his acquaintance. We would like to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped with the process of adopting Blitz and his brother Benny. Thank you for all of the support offered during his final days. While we believe Benny has definitely felt sadness at the passing of his brother we are happy to report he is feeling better and we promise to give him twice as much love in honor of Blitz.
