Sweet Poppy is enjoying his walks around Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. with his new foster mom. He is definitely a "ladies man," preferring women to men. He often wags his tail energetically at women stopping them in their tracks in order to say "hello".
Poppy is a super cute Havanese with white hair weighing 11.9 pounds. He is generally happy and wags his tail all day long. Poppy celebrated his fifth birthday in early May. He is house trained and will be getting neutered in the next few weeks.
Poppy would love to find a home where he has constant company verses being left alone. While he loves all women, he is more cautious when it comes to trusting men and unfamiliar dogs.
