Pleased to meet you is Kelly! a 5 -6 yr. old purebred, curly coated Havanese girl. At 13 lbs, she is just the right size to curl up in your lap. This lucky lady is enthusiastically making up for the lost time she spent in a breeding facility.
Gentle and outgoing, she can’t get enough of playing with her foster siblings, and can be as silly and mischievous as the best of them. She is glad to trot alongside you on a leash, daintily takes treats from your hand, and sleeps through the night like a happy baby. Now and then she needs reminders about potty training, but is learning well from her foster siblings, who have become her best buddies.
Kelly is looking for a home with a playful dog sibling (or siblings!) who will be her companion and guide. A fenced in yard would be a real bonus, as she loves exploring the outdoors after her years of confinement.
Watching Kelly flourish from a puppy mill dog to a joyful Havanese is unbelievably rewarding. She is looking for that special someone or someones who will continue to lead the way, and be there for her to receive the love that she can’t wait to give.
