Sweet Lexi is an adorable 10-pounds of puppy love. At 10 months of age, this beautiful girl is as loving, friendly, and cuddly as they come. She quickly attached to her foster mom, who adores her.
Lexi gets along well with the resident dogs, a large mixed-breed and a small Havanese. She loves to play and wishes the older dogs would romp around with her. She is still teething and really enjoys her chew toys. She eats well and sleeps all night in her crate, keeping it dry until she is taken out first thing in the morning. Lexi is still cementing her housetraining, so her new owner will need to be conscientious about taking her out often and rewarding her for going outside. Her foster mom thinks that Lexi could be trained as an agility dog because of her high energy. Lexi calms down nicely and loves to sit in her foster mom’s lap.
The perfect home for Lexi would have a person home most of the day to continue housebreaking and a fenced yard. Because Lexi loves attention, she could be the only dog in the home, or she could share her home with another friendly dog.
Kids over 10 would have lots of fun playing with Lexi!
