A nature lover, sweet and quiet seven-year-old Snickers enjoys exploring leaves, trees, and anything else he encounters on his daily walks. Keeping his grey, cream, and tan coat in short cut not only looks best but also makes it easier to find and and remove any debris his outdoor romps leave in his curls.
Fourteen-pound Snickers walks well on a leash and is housetrained. He eats well, is healthy, and sleeps through the night. A typical Havanese, Snickers prefers to be with his people, but he can be left alone for periods of time.
Previously a very shy boy, Snickers has made steady progress in his current foster home. The patience and individual time his foster mom has given him have really helped him become more outgoing and comfortable around people.
Snickers' wish list for a perfect home includes:
• another friendly dog.
• an experienced dog owner who is home much of the day.
• a walking buddy or buddies.
• someone willing to take him to training classes so he can continue to gain more confidence.
Snickers is being fostered in MA.
