Spencer is a 4 year old male Havenese Mix. He is blind but he gets around so well you would never know he couldn’t see. He is a very well behaved boy, housebroken, loves walks, car rides & belly rubs. Spencer MUST live in a home WITHOUT a pool, steps or canal. He would be happy in a condo, apartment or a home with a fenced in yard would be wonderful! It would be best if Spencer live in a home without small children. Big hearts need only apply!
