Desi is an almost eight-month-old fluffy cotton ball of puppy sweetness.
He was scooped up by his first owners, who are just as wonderful and loving as he is, when they went to pick up his littermate and just could not leave him behind in living conditions that were less than acceptable. When their home situation changed 
and they wanted the best for him, they were already the owners of a disabled dog, HRI was contacted.
In the short time he’s been in the loving paws of HRI he’s blossomed into the perfect puppy and one with an iron bladder. After a few days in the home of one of our volunteers he has been transferred to his foster-to-adopt home. Desi and the resident female Hav have hit if off and some run like heck play is in their near-future. The "just as smart as he is cute" boy, knows basic commands and wants little more than to hang out with his favorite people, especially those willing to shower him with belly rubs.
