*Adopted* Phoebe is a four year old Havanese (possibly just part Havanese) who is as loving and adorable as they come. She loves playing with her toys, going for walks, riding in the car, and cuddling up close to you wherever you are. Phoebe is just snuggly sweetness and joy.
She came into rescue requiring medical attention and recently had three surgeries. She will be recuperating at her foster home in OH and won't be ready for adoption until late in May.
