Having spent much time alone in his former home, sweet nine-year-old Mickey just loves spending time with his foster-to-adopt mom and her extended family. He is now working on his separation anxiety issues, trying to trust his new mom when she says she will be gone for a short time. He may be a bit of a conniver and pulling her leg just a little bit, as he gets his favorite treat right before she leaves and doesn't eat it until her return! Now, that's willpower!
He's also quite the exercise trainer as well when taking his foster mom on long walks several times a day. He's very particular about where he toilets, so a workout is often the case as he finds the perfect spot!
Mickey loves children and often sits on the floor with his favorite great granddaughter to supervise her coloring.
