This is an Adorable Alert!!!
Meet black-and-tan cutie pie, Chewie. This six-month-old petite six pounder is a happy, playful pup who loves his people, but is a bit shy with strangers. Hey, he’s so stinkin’ adorbs that being a bit wary of folks he doesn’t know is okay in our book! We think he earned his name because he loves to gently nibble ears…watch out earrings! Thank goodness he’s tiny, because his second passion is jumping on you when all you’re trying to do is relax on the couch!
Chewie loves, loves, loves squeaky toys and is a fetcher extraordinaire. Tops on his new home wish list is someone who will throw his toy to him, which he retrieves, over and over and over and over again!
We feel this sweet boy would do best in a home with another young dog with whom he can play. He is crate trained and house trained but will need some time to adjust to his new abode. He rarely has accidents, except when it rains, but at this point, he doesn’t signal when he needs to go out. He will need someone who will take him out consistently, he is a puppy, after all!
Chewie will be his best and most happy self in a quiet home with no small children. He is being fostered in southeastern Pennsylvania.
