Elsa is a 5 year old female Havanese who has just come into rescue.HeadPlaceHolder

Well, didn’t we have a busy Thanksgiving Day! My foster mom picked me up the day before Turkey Day and we were so busy cooking and getting ready for The Big Bird Day. There is probably never a good day to go into foster care, but turkey definitely made it better. So, we did a lot of cooking — I supervised, of course. It was very busy in the kitchen (one of my favorite places) and I was a huge help.

It took my mind off being sad and missing my family. You see my mommy has had to work so hard, sometimes 70-80 hours a week, and she felt bad for me. She wants me to be active and happy. So here I am. And I’m not lonely anymore.

I am sweet (**blush**), happy, active, intelligent, playful, and curious. I love my walks and watching the boats go by as people wave, but most of all, I love to play with my foster brother and sister. I like to stick close to my human as there is always some kind of  treat hidden away in their pockets!

Are you lonely too? We wouldn’t be lonely if we were together.

Elsa is being fostered in Florida.
