Nine-year-old Miranda is a love bug who wants nothing more than to snuggle in a lap (or in a dog bed or on the couch or really anywhere that's soft and comfy) and nap away the day in a quiet household.
She loves men and women equally and would probably do well with considerate children over 10.
Although Miranda might not enjoy a too rambunctious playmate in her new household, she is getting along fine with her current housemate who is of a similar size and temperament.
Aside from napping, Miranda’s favorite activity is eating—despite the fact that she has no teeth. While her wet food meals are being prepared, she shows her excitement with an adorable tap dance and cute little noises. Due to Miranda's lack of teeth, her cute smile is accented by her drooping tongue.
Miranda is an expert at going potty outside. She is learning to use a harness for her walks which she enjoys as long as they don't interrupt her favorite activity of napping for too long.
She is also very tolerant of having ointment applied twice daily to deal with her chronic dry eye.
Miranda is being fostered in Florida.
