He is such a sweet boy, and loves to play pretty much all the time. He loves small toys and will run around the room, tossing them in the air as he dashes from room to room. He also wants you to try and catch him with his toy!
Louie is a very curious little guy, sitting on a stool watching all the birds and squirrels in the back yard. He also jumps on a chair to get in your lap when he’s ready for cuddles and kisses. His foster mom says he has the most beautiful eyes!
He is a little shy, but even in the short time he’s been with his foster mom, has politely made himself at home. He’s adorable, great with other dogs, loves people, fun-loving, and will do well with a young active family wanting a happy Havanese. We’re n
ot sure about cats yet. He previously was used to a doggy door, but in a new home his foster mom is working with retraining him on housebreaking, and showing him where he’s supposed to go.
Louie won’t be in foster care for long. We’re making sure he’s healthy and checked out by a vet, getting a teeth cleaning, and will then go to the ‘adoptable’ section.
