Jasper is a 10 month old neutered Havanese mix from a shelter. He was adopted by someone who quickly realized that he was an active boy who needed a little more time than she had. We do not have much history on Jasper, but it is clear that he was raised with lots of love. He is nearly housebroken, but needs to learn some rules and manners!
He does not know that dogs do not jump like they have springs for back legs to grab things from human hands or the counter top! What he does know is that new friends are EVERYWHERE and he is not afraid to make that first move to win the hearts of all who meet him.
