My name is Simon and I am a 9 month old, 10lb Havanese/Bichon mix. My foster mom tells me I am so cute that I look like a little white stuffed animal. I have an abundance of energy and I’m always on the move. I love going on walks, playing with other dogs and learning tricks. I have not mastered any yet, but I am eagerly working on them.
I was rescued from a mill, very shy and scared at first, but with patience and lots of positive training, I have come out of my shell. I am still shy around new people; we are working on that too.
I am crate trained, potty trained and leash trained. I even ring the bells to go outside. I am very good at this and even ring the bells for my foster brothers and sisters when they have to go outside. Sometimes, I just like to ring the bells because everyone comes running and I get attention.I love ALL the toys at my foster home. Squeaky ones are my favorite.
I will play fetch until your arm falls off. I always have something in my mouth, a toy, a bone, a tissue, so my new home will have to be puppy proofed and have plenty of bones for me to chew on.
My foster mom says I am a cuddle bug. I love to snuggle on your lap to take a nap or curl up next to you in bed at night. I have a sweet and loving temperament and do well with cats, ferrets and dogs of all sizes. Though, I prefer the small dogs like me.
