Bentley is a sweet, gorgeous, easy-going little boy. He's 18 months old, black and tan, and weighs in at 14 pounds.
His previous owners rescued him from a puppy mill so Bentley has some social anxiety when it comes to meeting new people, but his foster family is working with him and he's making improvements every day.
Bentley does great with his two Havanese fur sisters and is learning how fun it is to play and receive treats. He's shy with men and kids but with some work, he should be great around them. He is very gentle and has no signs of aggression when it comes to food or toys.
Bentley's favorite thing to do is lounge on the back of the couch so he can have a bird's eye view of everything going on. He also loves to jump up on the back of the recliner so he can look out the window and alert his foster mom of who's coming and going.
Bentley is doing great with potty training and should be well on his way to having little to no accidents in the house. He also does well with sleeping in his crate at night. Bentley loves going for walks and does very well on a leash. He also loves chewing on bully sticks.
Bentley does not like to be alone and will follow his foster mom from room to room. Bentley would love to be in a home where there is someone home most of the time and where he would receive plenty of belly rubs and cuddles.
Bentley is being fostered in MI.
