Dickens_1._headHave you ever seen a Cuter  little Dickens!

Six-month old Dickens lives life with enthusiasm. He says the water bowl is always at least half full. He greets you each day with a wagging tail that just can't seem to stop wagging - what a happy Hav!

Dickens loves people, attention, other small dogs and toys. He takes such delight when he finds a toy under a chair or behind a table leg that he makes his foster mom laugh out-loud. He's just started collecting things so he's great at teaching her to pick up her socks and gardening gloves. Dickens also plays very well with his canine foster siblings. Dickens is 11 1/2 pounds and still has some growing to do. His coat is soft and silky. He's a beautiful little guy who smiles right back at you.

Dickens_2_sDickens_4_sHouse training is coming along extremely well. Dickens wants to be a good boy and works hard for praise. He could probably learn quite quickly to ring a bell to be let outside. He has learned to sit for a treat and knows that he shouldn't jump up and is working on sitting to get attention or a pet. Since arriving, he's learned to fetch and knows to go into his crate for his breakfast and dinner. He's a puppy so he's still impulsive but what a quick learner!

If you're looking for a happy, loving dog with just a streak of mischievousness, Dickens might be just the puppy for you. He still needs to be neutered and work a little more on some puppy manners but he's already got his eyes open for just the right family.

Here is a a cute video of Dickens!
