Chica is a 10 year old happy Havanese at 10.5 lbs. She is an easy and loving girl who has been essentially blind for years but has learned to get around very well in her surroundings. She was picked up in TX by one of our HRI angels and flown to AZ where she is living the life of a princess with her foster to adopt family.
Chica is being fostered in AZ.
