Misty is a 6 year old, spayed Havanese mix that was found wandering the streets of LosAngeles with an extremely matted and soiled coat. She was brought to the Animal Shelter where she was shaved and bathed while she waited for Havanese Rescue to pick her up.
Her foster dad doesn't think she missed too many meals because she tips the scales at 15 lbs and the vet checked her out and proclaimed that Misty is a very healthy young lady.
Misty's coat is cream and sable in color and will be very pretty when it has a chance to grow out. She is a happy girl ~ very friendly with the resident cats and dogs. She will wag her tail for anyone that speaks to her!
She barks very seldom but will sometimes "talk" to you with a little growly noise ~ a trait that many Havanese are known for.
She appears to be housetrained and enjoys going outdoors with her foster family.
