Hailey is a very gentle; mellow Havanese/Yorkie mix, a delightful 10-years-young senior citizen full of love who would be a perfect retirement companion. Don’t count on Hailey for a watchdog because she loves everybody and likes to meet new people.
Hailey walks beautifully on leash, doesn’t take your stuff, won’t chew your shoes or steal laundry, and doesn’t upset the trash basket. She has her own favorite toys and enjoys moving them from room to room, perhaps hiding them under her blanket and then joyfully discovering them later.
Hailey is hard of hearing, but that doesn’t bother her at all. In fact, that means she’s not afraid of thunder or garbage trucks, doesn’t bark at other dogs, and doesn’t react to the arrival of the mail or other noises. Her vision is good; she reads facial expressions and understands hand signals.
Hailey loves going out for walks or a drive in the car, and also enjoys gardening, exploring new places, napping, and snuggling. Truly, the companion of someone’s dreams!
