Ready to Adopt

HeadPlaceHolder

Male
Six years old
10 pounds
House, Leash and Crate Trained
Very Shy

When we first met dear little Havi he was a timid little guy. He was likely never socialized so it took him time to adjust to new places, people and situations.

We still think a quiet household with no children or other dogs would be best for Havi, but his personality has really begun to blossom. He is much more social and playful than when he first came into our care. He does get along with cats so if his forever home were to have a feline companion that would not be a problem.

Havi is moderately active and very attached to his foster mom. He likes to know where she is at all times and will follow her around wherever she goes. He will even hang out underneath her desk while she works.

Havi enjoys prancing around the neighborhood on his walks and exploring the fenced in back yard.

Havi is a big fan of lap snuggles, sleeping on the bed at night, and LOVES belly rubs and for his ears to be scratched. We love a guy who enjoys some of the finer things in life! When it comes to food, however, Havi can be pretty picky, sometimes skipping meals for a full day, which he also did in his previous home.

Patience, love and consistency will help sweet Havi's personality continue to come out.

Havi is currently being fostered in Indiana.

A fee will be requested to adopt this dog. The recommended fee amount will be based on the dog's age, and medical and behavioral issues, if any.
