Fiji is a sweet little man who is easily adaptable and very smart. He loves to be near his people. Napping on a cozy blanket on the couch with his foster dad is a new favorite activity. He does sleep in his crate at night and is a very good sleeper.
Going for a walk, however, is Fiji's ALL-time favorite activity! He really comes to life when he is outdoors and exploring.While Fiji does well with dogs, he is not terribly interested in playing with them and can be a bit reactive to other dogs on a leash. This behavior is easily controlled though.
Fiji has not been exposed to cats while in our care so we do not know how he would interact with them.
He has met and gotten along with children over 10 while with us but not smaller tots.
This gentleman also loves to be brushed and does very well at the groomer. We think Fiji would be a great addition to most any family home. We hope you agree!

A fee will be requested to adopt this dog. The recommended fee amount will be based on the dog's age, and medical and behavioral issues, if any.
A completed application is required if you are interested in adoption.
