Mr. Mo, as he is fondly called, is a milky-white four-year-old Havanese who is just as sweet as syrup! When his owner's work situation changed and he was left at home for long periods of time, it was decided he needed to be in a home with someone home most of the time. He loves his people!
Mojo weighs 22 pounds, but is trying, like most of us, to do some pre-holidays weight loss. He is not a picky eater and loves to go on walks, so slimming him down should be as easy as can be and a great incentive for his new owner/s to get out there and enjoy the cooler temperatures. A top-of-the-couch sitter, he enjoys a high perch so that he can keep an eye on all the action, inside and out, along with staying close to his owner/s as they read or watch television.
A home with another calmer small dog would be great and, we feel, he would be fine as an only-dog. However, leaving him alone, even with other dogs, makes hi anxious, so a home where he isn't alone longer than an hour or two at a time is a necessity.
This guy enjoys having and giving love and affection, like most Havs and is an endearing and happy boy. Sleeping at night in your bed is a must for him and he will require his own pillow, as he likes to sleep on one above your head. Down or polyfill pillows - it doesn't really matter, he's not picky!
