Rosa3

Rosa is a lovable black and white 14-pound little girl. She will turn three in February and still has     some of her puppy excitement and sense of curiosity. Like most young dogs, Rosa would benefit    from some additional obedience training with her new family and a fully enclosed yard to keep      her curiosity from getting the best of her. Rosa would love to run and see the whole world if she    could and loves the freedom of being outside.

Rosa likes everyone, including people and other dogs, but she can be a little shy at first. However, once she has gotten to know them, Rosa has been great with the other Havanese that resides in her foster home and bonded immediately to her new family.

Rosa is well behaved on a leash and loves to go on walks. A happy puppy that loves to play with the other pup in her foster family, she also loves snuggling and relaxing with people and can be a real couch potato.

This sweet girl is crate-trained and housebroken, but is such a sweet well-mannered girl that she adapted to her foster home quickly and doesn't really need a crate.

Rosa has enjoyed the calm environment of her foster home and has shown her foster family what good manners she has. Rosa tends to not want to be around a lot of activity, so her shyness puts a calm, non-hectic "furever" home at the top of her list. She would be very happy in a home with a slower pace and would be the perfect girl to keep someone company during his or her retirement years.

Rosa has a reputation for being a runner and an escape artist andcould have the potential to run from a busy hectic household with lots of activity. Therefore, we are looking for a setting much like her foster home, a quiet, stable place where she has begun to thrive. Rosa needs a household setting where she

will not want or have an opportunity to escape and run, so young children in the family would not be a good fit. She is learning to sit and wait when the front door is open, but she does love the freedom of the outdoors.

Rosa is being fostered in PA.
