Benji is a sweet, loveable seven-year-old, neutered, tri-color Havanese who was an only-dog in a loving home until he was surrendered by his family because his owner's new work schedule precluded the amount of attention he had grown used to. Benji loves nothing more than to cuddle with his person! He lives to kiss and show affection to all people.
Benji is housebroken and walks well on a leash. He’s not used to long walks, though, and so he is working on increasing his endurance. He’s a little bit intimidated by other dogs, but he is learning fast! He sleeps in bed with his foster family or in his own bed.
Always looking like he’s about to smile, Benji epitomizes “Velcro” dog! He’s really more like “superglue” dog! He is alert and aware of his environment, eager to participate with his foster mom and Hav brothers.
