Barney is a white-and-black four-year-old Coton de Tulear who weighs 15 pounds. He loves to play with other dogs and snuggle with his human.
Barney is a very gregarious, happy, social boy. He loves to hang out on the furniture and sleep in the bed with his human. Barney is perfectly house trained with a doggy door, and he loves to run in and out with his foster siblings throughout the day. He is good with adults, children, cats, and other dogs.
Barney is learning to walk nicely on a leash. He is working on staying calm and not lunging at the end of his leash when a new dog approaches. Barney can be crated for short periods of time in an open wire crate where he can see out. He gets very upset when he is locked somewhere with limited visibility.
Barney's dream home has another dog to play with, a fenced yard, and a doggy door. His new family will need someone with the time to train him and give him love and attention.
Barney is being fostered in Florida.
