Duchess is a friendly, sweet, and obedient 6-year-old girl. She weighs 18 pounds and is black with white markings. Her favorite toys are white furry balls: She carries them around like they are puppies. Duchess also loves chew toys like bully sticks. She sleeps with her foster siblings in bed with her foster mom. 
She is working on house training and she walks on a leash. Duchess is not crate trained, but that’s okay because she can be trusted inside the house (and outside in the yard). She’s good with women and children, but she doesn’t take to men. She’s good with other dogs but wary around cats, and she's a good girl at the groomer. Although Duchess is afraid of thunderstorms and other loud noises, she does not react to being startled.
