Fifteen month old Teddy is a wonderful little Havanese who loves to play and is
eager to find his “Forever Home.” Teddy captures everyone’s heart in the first
moment with his piercing green eyes and lush cinnamon and white coat. He
weighs almost 12 pounds.
Teddy is adjusting well in foster care and gets along happily with his foster canines, a senior Havanese and a senior lab. He’s not had exposure to cats during his time in foster care. He gets along well with the dogsavvy children who have come to visit. He has a welcoming tail wag for anyone he meets and just loves life.
He is very confident and loves to jump into a lap to cuddle and be loved. Teddy is house broken, loves his crate, is very smart and willing to learn. He sleeps in a crate at night in his foster mom’s bedroom and does well with this arrangement. He is learning to walk on a leash. Teddy loves to chew, so tougher “chew” toys are fun for him. His foster mom reports he destroys soft toys rather methodically and with dedicated determination.
This little guy is going to be a great addition to the family.
Teddy is in foster care in NJ.
