Millie (formerly known as Camille) is an adorable little girl who is four years old and weighs 13 pounds.
She is a little shy at first, though she continues to wag her tail while hanging back. She is very snuggly and eager to please, even going graciously into her crate when it is clear that she would rather do anything else. Millie wants to be where the action is!
When she wants to relax, Millie likes playing fetch with stuffed animals and chewing on some dog bones she found. But Millie is a gazelle, and she can both vault the baby gate and climb over it. She could probably get over a three-foot fence in the yard if she was really motivated to do so. Fortunately, she is so people oriented that she wants to hang around with her foster family and the other dogs. (Cats and children are unknown quantities, however.)
Millie's health is good; she only takes fish oil for allergies. She is house trained, leash trained, and crate trained, and she is working on learning basic manners like sit and come. She is such a fan of food that training is not difficult at all.
Millie would like a family who would take her along on some activities, and she knows she could eat a lot more if she could go for walks or had a human or dog companion who wanted to play.
Millie is being fostered in NC.
