One-and-a-half-year-old Bubba is a sweet and happy dog. He has adjusted well to his foster home and shows a zest for life.
He weighs 16 pounds and fits perfectly on basically any lap! Bubba gets along well with both dogs and cats. He does well with women, 
but is a little unsure of men and takes a while to warm up. It’s unknown how he does with children under the age of 10, but seems comfortable with older children.
Bubba is working on his house training and walking on a leash. He’s very food motivated, which helps with his training.
Bubba would tell you there are a lot of things in life that are his favorite. He loves sitting with his foster family in a recliner, loves being petted and will actually fall asleep while he’s being combed. He is a champion snuggler but also enjoys playing whether it’s with people, another dog or on his own.
He’s far more comfortable in his home than he is outside of this environment. His foster mom suggests that classes may help him become more comfortable outside the home. He’s such a sweet guy that his training should be done with patience and lots of positive reinforcement. Bubba says chicken chips treats are a great motivator!
