Pokita was surrendered by a loving family who were unable to spend as much time with her as she deserved. She is a very sweet girl, about 4 ½ years old, and has very beautiful markings.
Pokita simply knows no stranger, and probably owns the American record for a dog having the most toys! She has toys of every shape and size, small and large.
She enjoys cats, and has a very cushy bed that she loves as well. One of her favorite places to be other than her bed is sitting on a stool by her foster mom’s window watching for squirrels. It’s so much fun to bark and watch! However, as a rule she rarely barks much at all. Her foster mom is having to work on cutting back her treats as Pokita absolutely loves her food!
Pokita is a true lap dog, and loves to be petted and get lots of belly rubs. She loves to go for car rides and really just be anywhere you are. She is not a pesky dog, is very laid back and extremely gentle. She will definitely need a home that wants and is willing to give this beautiful girl a lot of love. The perfect family for Pokita will be a lucky family indeed.
