Fresh from a closed down puppy mill, Penny is the cutest little puppy, about 6 months old and has really soft hair and beautiful black and white markings. She can be shy at first but loves to be cuddled, kissed and have her belly rubbed.
She is new to being on a leash, yet she is doing great and loves her daily walks. She is working on potty training and with consistency will get the hang of this, too, just like any other smart puppy.
Penny will sleep in a crate as long as she knows someone is close by, but cries if left alone for too long. She is not sure of toys yet but loves to cuddle with her little teddy bear and sleep in her soft doggie bed.
After going outside to potty and being told what a good girl she is, she makes a beehive back to the front door so she can play and get her belly scratched.
Overall a typical puppy doing great after such a rough start! Keep tuned for more updates on Penny.
