Carmel is a 3 year old silver Havanese Princess. She came into HRI extremely scared and unsure of herself, most terrified of men. With her first haircut it was as though a new dog broke free! And such a sweetie! Her foster family has worked very hard to socialize her and their good work is paying off.
Carmel is looking for a quiet home, preferably with an older retired woman that will be there to pet her, love on her and treat her like a Princess deserves to be treated. A fenced yard and another dog to play with would fulfill all of Carmel's wishes!
