Meet Zoe! She is a beautiful 2 year old, sweet, and feisty Havanese.
She is a great leash walker, a good snuggler, and loves to play chase with the toys. I say chase as she chases them but will not bring them back. She loves to go on walks and chase birds away from the yard. Zoe will spin circles when she greets you and provides kisses on your ankle after she's been fed.
Zoe can be a little shy at first but is coming out of her shell with her new found confidence. Her favorite things are playing, running, barking and letting her wants be known. Zoe is a healthy, active and fully housetrained girl, although not a huge fan of having to walk on wet grass.
Zoe loves being around other dogs, but would also love being an only dog with a family that stays or works at home. Her favorite place is close to you on the couch or bed, the typical sweet "Velcro" Havanese. She will wake you with a gentle kiss to your cheek in the morning and then changes position to lie as close as possible to you.

A donation will be requested to adopt this dog. The recommended donation amount will be based on the dog's age, and medical and behavioral issues, if any. A completed application is required if you are interested in adoption. Thank you for considering a rescue dog!
