AnnieTXsmFaceAnnie is a four-year-old Havanese looking for her forever home.  Some of the best things about Annie are that she comes when she is called, is completely house trained and has just the sweetest personality.  She has no fear of men or children. When she wants to cuddle, she dives into you head first, and then lets her body land last.

When she wants to cuddle, she dives into you head first, and then lets her body land last. She is so comfortable being held and really enjoys belly rubs. Her forever home would have to be with someone who loves to cuddle and doesn't mind her sleeping in the bed.  She also loves to lie in the most recent pile of clean laundry.

Annie does have some allergies that are currently being treated by using a quality, grain free food. She is a great eater, and not picky at all. Her best forever home would continue to feed Annie the diet that would reduce the allergies as much as possible. Annie does not enjoy being crated for any reason, so the best forever home would be wiling to allow her to sleep in bed with her owner, and a family that allows her to be on the furniture. She ‘asks’ permission before jumping onto the couch, bed or just your lap by just a little whimper. She is simply irresistible.

Annie truly is an ‘only dog.’ Despite being part of a large pack prior to being relinquished to HRI, she doesn’t seem interested in the other pups in her foster home. She doesn’t have conflict with them; she could just take them or leave them. She would love to be walked and walks very well on a leash.  She also travels well, enjoying riding in a doggie car seat, vs. being crated.

AnnieTX1  Annie is being fostered in Texas.
