Osito is a quiet, self-confident 9-year-young love bug. He will sit by your feet for hours and when you get up he'll follow you wherever you go. He is very intelligent; knows basic commands and learns new ones quickly. He follows the lead of his foster sisters and loves to watch any cooking going on in the kitchen in case you carelessly drop something yummy.
Mornings are an exciting time for Osito! He waits for someone to ask if he's ready for breakfast 
& then he'll jump up & dance around and start smiling. Afternoons are great because Osito LOVES his afternoon walks. Oh, let's be honest, he loves walks at any time of the day. Walks seem to soothe him and since he's just a little out of shape, they will also help him achieve that buff and trim Havanese look in no time.
Osito doesn't play with toys but he watches his foster sisters play tug of war with great interest and his foster mom believes that in time he would also enjoy that game. He loves to chew on bully sticks and pig's ears but is not real big on treats. He knows being loved is the biggest treat of all.
Osito's health is great, he's mature enough to know rules and follow them but young enough to love the dog park, the one with the stream he can put his feet in. He is housetrained, he'll let you know when it's time to go outside and after taking care of business,he loves to watch the birds and squirrels from the safety of the fenced yard.
Osito is ready for the family that is ready to welcome him into their home, their lives and their hearts and make him feel unconditionally loved for the rest of his life.
