Louie may have had a hard start in life but he is learning quickly to enjoy all the great things a family has to offer. Louie loves to snuggle up on your lap at night, follow you around during the day, and enjoys a nice game of fetch.
Louie is a young dog and has a playful puppy-ness about him, but he is not hyper or destructive. Louie 
loves attention, going places, and enjoys playing with other dogs. He can play a bit rough, so he does need a bit of supervision around smaller dogs, but he is even learning how to play gently with puppies.
Louie has worked through many of his difficulties and has learned to be a loving, devoted part of the family. Because Louie does not enjoy fast movements he would do best in a home without small children, although he does enjoy older children who are calm and loving with him. Louie loves to snuggle on laps, lounge on the couch, go for walks, get belly rubs, and especially likes to snuggle up in bed for the night.
Louie is healthy and has no health concerns. Louie needs continued reinforcement with potty training, and with patience he’ll master that in no time, too.
Louie is a happy dog who has learned how to integrate into a family, enjoy canine and human companionship, and is now yearning for his very own family to love and spoil him.
