Gabby in MN being silly headWhen she arrived by plane from Minnesota, Gabby melted the hearts of her new family, professors at Stanford University in California. She was beloved by professors and students on campus.

Gabby let her family know that she HAD to sit on one of their laps ALL the time. Trying to work or play at the computer? Make room for Gabby!

While Gabby was a healthy girl overall, she had bouts of pancreatitis which is a very painful condition. Surgery worked for a while, but it came back as her Vet had predicted, so her family had to say goodbye to sweet Gabby too soon at age 13.

gabby_on_chairwebHi!  My name is Gabby. I was surrendered to rescue when my owner became terminally ill and could no longer care for me. I am 4 years old. I am very sweet and playful.

Gabby's favorite place to be is in your lap. She is a playful and happy girl. Her ideal home will have someone that is home most of the day and lots of laps to sleep in.  gabby glanceweb
