It is with great sadness we tell you that Noelle crossed the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2016. She passed away from colon cancer. Noelle, a rescued puppy mill girl, came into the lives of her foster parents in December, 2009. She adjusted well to the life of a cherished pet, and her soulful eyes reached deeply into those of the people who loved her. She had the honor of being the first of three failed fosters in her forever home, and enjoyed more than five happy years with her family.
