Augie is an adorable and active boy who is playful and affectionate. Being a younger Havanese, he has higher exercise needs.

Augie is very smart and quickly learned the command, "sit". He is learning to wait during his daily routine. Augie has good doggie manners and follows the lead of other dogs.

Augie exemplifies the friendly nature of the Havanese. He is enthusiastically affectionate, but is also gentle. His foster mother notes he is appropriately cautious yet very confident and self-assured.

As a young dog who is teething, Augie is learning what is an appropriate chew and loves his toys! He's learning not to tug on things that hang within his reach such as towels and curtains.

While he loves toys, his favorite activity is going for a walk! He's hoping his new family will walk him daily.

Augie will be a delightful addition to a family ready for fun and engagement with a young and happy Havanese.

Augie is being fostered in Maine.

A fee will be requested to adopt this dog. The recommended fee amount will be based on the dog's age, and medical and behavioral issues, if any. 

A completed application is required if you are interested in adoption.
