Madeleine, affectionately called Maddie, came to us from a puppymill. She appears to be a healthy 3-5 year old, who gave birth not too long ago.
Her hair and skin were in bad shape but with good food, and special bathes that has improved.
Maddie is becoming one sassy Havanese, she is playing, running and wrestling with the resident Havanese in her fosterhome. And even instigating play with her foster parents!
Maddie allows you to pick her up from her special bed, and once you hold her, she calms down in your arms and is so sweet., she just soaks up the loving. Her eyes are beginning to sparkle with trust now and she has learned how relaxing a good belly rub is!
