Tandy is a 3 year old puppy mill survivor and as cute as a button according to her foster mom. She is a tiny bit shy as expected but is slowly warming up to people. Even though Tandy hasn't had alot of interaction with the normal everyday things that most puppies and dogs have, her foster brothers and sisters are showing her the ropes quickly!
Tandy has already begun to play with toys and is doing a nice job of learning her potty training etiquette. She is such a dainty little thing at a mere 8 pounds and loves being clean, smelling like a flower and cuddling on the couch with her foster mom.
Tandy would do well going to a quiet home where someone is around during the day, with another dog preferably and a fenced yard - she loves to run free in the security of a fenced yard, smelling the fresh mown grass and exploring under the shrubs and in the flower gardens.
