Muppet passed away peacefully August 24, 2015, after a short illness. He died in the loving arms of his family. Muppet was adopted by an incredible family in NJ at the age of 12 years. They had no qualms about adopting an older dog, they just loved him unconditionally.
Muppet is a healthy, sprite, alert and playful pup, and you'd never know he is nearly 12 yrs. old. He has soft, creamy white non-shedding hair and weighs a solid 14 pounds. He is content to watch the birds from his perch on the back of a chair, to nap lazy afternoons away and gets very excited when it's time for long walks & rides in the car.
Muppet loves cats and his best friend was a rabbit for the past few years. He enjoys being outdoors and would love a fenced in yard. Having a person that is home most of the day is very important to Muppet, he doesn't like to be left behind and will be a very loyal companion to someone looking to begin the New Year with a new friend!
Muppet is being fostered on Long Island in NY.
